Requirements for Remote Assistance Computer Repair Service:

• Windows XP, Vista or 7 Operating System
• PC must be able to boot into Windows
• A working high speed internet connection

How It Works:

Order: After setup, call and setup an appointment but dont post the the login and password online! We will only as for the this information on the Phone.

Schedule: When we receive your order, we will contact you to schedule a time to repair your PC, usually within hours. While you do not have to be at your PC during this time, we would prefer if you were. You can even ‘watch and learn’ as we pilot the mouse and keyboard on your screen.

Rates: $35 for initial diagnostic, which then includes one hour labor for free. Additional labor is very affordable at $35 per hour. Should your computer repair require more service labor, you will be contacted before adjusting your order, and you will receive a payment invoice via email.

Estimates: Estimates vary depending on what types of service you need, but most general cleanup, speedup, maintenance and optimization services are completed in ~1-2 hours.

Notice:

1. In the event that we are unable to connect remotely to your computer for some reason (internet connection problem, configuration problem etc.), you will receive a complete refund.
